The Ontario Association of Geographic and Environmental Educators is a leading subject association for Ontario educators. The association regularly hosts Fall and Spring Conferences. The 2026 Fall OAGEE Conference will take place on Friday October 16, at the University of Waterloo, Faculty of Science and Department of Geography & Environmental Management. Mining Matters will be an active participant in the conference, hosting an informational booth, to raise awareness of our educational resources and programs, and delivering a Core Concepts Workshop, aimed toward Intermediate educators. Mining Matters will also donate a n Earth Science and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals kit as a door prize.
