Gem & Mineral Club of Scarborough Wonders of the Earth Show

The Gem and Mineral Club of Scarborough (GMCS) is a hobby club founded in 1963 and incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in 1979. Our aims, objectives and purpose are encourage and promote all aspects of the hobby of collecting and studying rocks, minerals and fossils and of pursuing all types of lapidary work, provide a forum for the free exchange of information and ideas regarding the hobby. and to conserve natural resources. The 53rd Annual Wonders of the Earth Gem and Mineral Show will be held at Highland Hall – University of Toronto Scarborough Campus and will feature vendors, exhibitors and activities for children. Mining Matters will host an interactive Earth science and minerals resources exhibit.
