Teachers’ Day is designed to be an interactive and exciting learning experience for participants. Teachers will have an opportunity to immerse themselves in the world’s largest annual mineral exploration convention, and to network with industry professionals and fellow educators.

Participants will learn about Canada’s mineral wealth and mineral exploration industries, tour the outstanding exhibits on the trade show floor, see the technologies used in resource exploration, discover career opportunities, and learn about the industry’s social responsibilities to the environment and communities.

Please join us on Sunday, March 4, 2018, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Educators will learn about the role that data’s exponential growth, availability and use play in Earth Science, Mineral Exploration and Mining, and include expert presenters, hands-on-learning sessions and access to the trade show.. The Day will provide teachers with an exciting opportunity to engage in the world’s largest annual mineral exploration convention, meet industry professionals and network with fellow educators.
